Event Rental Information

Description of Fees:

Rental fees include the use of space, available power, and lighting; parking for up to 325 vehicles; and all museum personnel necessary to service your event, including security, custodial, facility maintenance, and event staffing. All fees are based on a four-hour rental period. Additional charges may apply for overtime, special setup or breakdown requirements, equipment rental, or additional power, lighting, parking, or personnel.

To enhance your guests' experience at the Museum of the American West, we make one of four gallery spaces available with the rental of the areas listed above. Additional gallery openings are $500 each.
